    That sounds really frustrating! New electric vehicles can sometimes have a few issues, but a chugging or train-like sound is definitely odd.     Since it needs yearly servicing, I wouldn't bother buying it.

    If you really want it done right, you'd need the entire LED headlight setup, but they're not cheap.
