So my Niro EV keeps randomly stopping its charge with my Juice Box 40 and flashing this “charging interruption” message. Super Annoying! I’ve heard that lowering the charging amps might do the trick, but I’m not entirely sold on that being the magic fix. Anyone else dealt with this? Got any solid hacks or tricks to sort this out without having to drag it to the dealer? Thanks!

I'm having this issue right now. I've been temporarily unplugging and replugging my charger multiple times to get a full charge. Will be taking mine to my dealer soon.

The Niro charges a little slower, but that's actually better for the battery. I think it takes around 35 - 40 minutes to charge from 30% to 80% in the summer, but I haven't timed it exactly. In the winter, it'll take longer. Do you have the winter package? It has a battery warmer, which really helps in the cold.

Have you tried resetting both the Juice Box and your Niro to see if that helps resolve the charging interruption issue?
