Sat Nav Totally Screwing Up My Trip!

I was trying to map out a trip with my sat nav, but it’s totally dropping the ball - no SoC info and no clue on charging times. Is anyone else running into this mess? I’ve got the latest software update, so I’m kinda stumped. Got any ideas?
 
Kia’s nav system is the worst! Totally unreliable for me, so I rely on Waze or Google Maps instead. To make things easier, I grabbed a $20 dongle to connect my phone via Bluetooth and use Apple CarPlay.
 
Yeah, the Niro’s sat nav lacks SoC and charging time details. For better trip planning, I use third-party apps like ABRP or PlugShare. They’ve been super helpful.
