Kia Connect app not showing charging status correctly

I’ve been having an issue with my Kia Niro EV and the Kia Connect app. My car’s dashboard shows that it’s connected to the charger, but the app keeps saying it’s not connected. This seems to be interfering with my ability to charge the car properly.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Could it be a problem with the app or the car’s connectivity settings? Any tips on how to fix this would be really appreciated. Thanks!
 
The app might be out of sync with the car's system. Have you tried checking the dashboard for charging progress? If the time left to charge shows, it’s likely charging fine, and the app might just need a reset or update.
