I wrapped a shoe lace around the vanity light bulb and then put the lose ends of the lace through a 2 inch section of a stiff, reusable drinking staw. I was able to get the light in, but both vanity lights and dome lights are out now. Likely a fuse. BTW - I lost the original bulb in the trim...
