This is a common issue. Mine starts in auxiliary mode when I turn on the climate control, similar to an ICE running on battery power. When you get in, it might still be in this mode, needing a full shutdown and restart to drive.

That's normal. It's the 12V battery being charged by the main battery pack.

I had this very same issue. Thankfully, it was covered under my warranty. The sensor in the cluster behind the windshield-mounted cameras was defective and needed replacement.

AFAIK, LED headlights are usually part of a whole unit. You can't just replace the bulb. It's pretty common for newer cars, especially ones with adaptive features.
