Is Kia Connect being funky for anyone else?

Just got a new Niro EV last two weeks ago, and the Kia Connect app has been super unreliable. It worked great for a few days, then went on the fritz. Has anyone else experienced this? Or am I flying solo in this tech glitch? I hope it's not going to be a constant issue. Other than that, I'm really enjoying the car!

That was a common issue, but it eventually resolved itself.

A couple of weeks ago, my Kia Connect suddenly stopped working! When I checked the Modem Status, it displayed "Network State: No Service." It felt like it happened right after a software update, but who knows? Might just be a coincidence!
