Kia Niro EV Battery Drain Issue

My 2023 Niro EV was great until last week when it just died on me! The dealership says it's a 12v battery drain issue, but it's still happening even after they replaced it. The Kia Connect app is showing some weird U109B00 error. Anyone else had this crap happen? I'm losing my mind!

My 12V battery died after only a year, but Kia replaced it while under warranty. As a precaution, I always carry a small lithium jump starter with me. I wonder what's with these Kia batteries.
