We’re having a real struggle getting our Niro EV to charge with the Zappi and Octopus setup. We keep getting these annoying errors like "target not reached" and "unable to control your device." Tried reaching out to Octopus support, but they're not really helping. Anyone else had this drama? Any hacks or fixes would be awesome!

It could be a glitch. Try resetting everything and reconnecting.

The problem with Kia cars and that Intelligent Octopus thing was that it kept checking on the car too often. This drained the battery if you didn't drive it for a few days.
