Windshield Wiper Troubles

Alright, folks, my car's wipers are seriously on my last nerve! The low speed is like a hurricane, and the auto setting is basically a snail’s pace. I can't find any way to tweak them. Anyone else dealing with this mess?

I usually keep the wipers on Auto with the highest sensitivity level. For heavy rain, I just switch to manual control.
