Niro EV Valet Mode Issues

I'm seriously stuck with my Niro EV's infotainment system. Totally goofed and turned on valet mode using the Kia Connect App, and now I can't turn it off. The app's going haywire, and I'm losing all sorts of features. My dealer is scratching their head over it. Anyone else hit this snag or know how to fix it? Appreciate any help.
 
Give uninstalling and reinstalling the app a shot - it might just do the trick! If that doesn’t work, you could also hit up Kia Connect’s customer service. A rep might be able to sort things out for you, and they might even be able to turn off Valet Mode from their end.

Hey, did you get this sorted yet? My car’s also stuck in valet mode, and it’s driving me nuts. I reached out to Kia Connect, and guess what? They had to escalate it with a ticket. So now it’s a waiting game, and we all know how ridiculously slow that can be.
