I can't unlock EV via Kia Connect app

Hi! I can't unlock my EV through the Kia Connect app and don't know why. I get this message error: Fail Cannot unlock the door. Please check your vehicle's status. The weird part is that I can lock the car without any issues. Any thoghts on this one, please?
 
I can lock and unlock my car with the app. But it's kinda dumb that it locks itself again after 30 seconds if I don't get in. The cool thing is I can open it without a key if I unlock it with the app.

Maybe try restarting the app and your phone, but if it continues, Kia support might need to check it out.

I know that someone tested the app on this specific feature with more Kia models, and he could unlock only a single model, the XCeed. The conclusion is it doesn't work with all models.
 
I’d start with the basics, try force-closing the app and reopening it, or even re-pairing the car in the Kia Connect settings. Sometimes a weak cellular connection or app glitch can mess with remote access too.
 
I’ve tried multiple times. If it’s still not working, maybe it’s time to contact Kia customer support to see if there’s an issue on their end or tell us if it really works or not.
