Disconnect the 12V battery for a few minutes before reconnecting it. This could solve the problem by restarting the system that controls the door locks.

I've got a 2023 Kia Niro Wave and a Juicebox 40 charger. I'm trying to use the EV Juicenet app's Smart Charge feature to take advantage of off-peak rates, but it's acting weird. Did you call your dealer about it? Try restarting it and updating it again.

Try checking your climate setting, maybe it's set to eco mode. To change this, go to Climate Settings > Drive Mode > Eco > Climate Control and switch it to Normal. Eco mode reduces cooling and heating power.

How fast your car can charge depends on a few things, like how much charge it already has and the temperature. If the battery is almost full and it's cold outside, it won't charge as quickly. You might notice it charges faster if you start with around 30% battery.
