2024 Hybrid SX vs the EV Wave

Hello everyone! I am new to the forum and am looking for a new EV, but I am oscillating between the 2024 Hybrid SX and the EV Wave. I am writing here with the hope I will find some insights about each car. My daily commute is around 60 miles. So, what do you think? Thanks!

I can’t speak for the 2024 models you mentioned, but I have been driving my 2023 Kia Niro EV, and it has been fantastic overall. Though, I would love to see some improvement on the charging part (I have had some issues with Level 2 charging at home getting interrupted, possibly due to overheating detection. It is manageable but a bit annoying), and the road noise is a little higher. But I love the car. If the EV wave has similar characteristics, go with it.

I've been quite impressed with my 2023 Kia Niro EV so far. It's got plenty of pep and a nice interior. However, there are a few things that could use improvement. The intermittent Level 2 charging interruptions, seemingly due to overheating, can be frustrating. The infotainment system, especially the temperature and radio controls, feels a bit clunky at times. Additionally, the automatic wipers and climate control system can be a bit finicky. Despite these minor annoyances, I've really enjoyed driving this car and it's easily one of my favorites in decades.

I totally get the frustration with Level 2 charging interruptions, especially with overheating detection. But hey, my 2023 Niro EV is still awesome!

Based on your replies, guys (which I am thankful for), it seems the EV one would be the best option.
