'23 Niro Wave snow tire

Alright, so I'm in the thick of figuring out snow tires for my '23 Niro Wave because my dad is bugging me to make sure I prepare for winter! He doesn't trust me with cars. Let me save you the headache. The dealership was absolutely useless. I ended up going with Tire Rack and found out the hard way that our wheel offset is a pain in the butt. I managed to find some steel wheels with a slightly different offset, but the tires stick out a bit. Has anyone else tackled this
