Any Tire Rotation Tips?

Hey guys! Got a quick question for y’all - anyone got the scoop on the tire rotation pattern for a 2023 Kia Niro EV? Should I be rotating them from front to back or swapping side to side? Also, how often should I be doing this to keep things running smoothly?
