I've been having a real headache trying to start charging sessions at different fast chargers. The car says it's good to go, but the charger just gives me the cold shoulder. The dealer swears the car doesn’t keep track of these failures, but I’m finding that pretty hard to swallow. Anyone else had this drama, or got any clue if the car actually keeps tabs on these charging fails?

Try reducing the charging speed in the car's settings. Instead of 100%, try a lower or minimum setting (60%). This will slow down charging but may prevent failures until the weather cools down or Kia issues a software update.

The car might not track individual failures, but many EVs log charging sessions in the background.
