Kia Niro charging problems

Is anyone else having trouble with scheduled charging? Mine keeps forgetting the program that I set up. This started happening 5 days ago. Is this a common Niro issue, or is it just my car acting up?

Same here. I can't set a departure time, and scheduled charging doesn't work either. Have you had any luck fixing yours? I’m thinking about taking it to the dealer.

That thing is not good for business, maybe they should make some changes about this issue. Have been experiencing this issue as well, already contacted my local dealer. Will update you guys.

Are there any news about software updates that we should know about? This may be a glitch that they will resolve soon after a software update, but if worse comes to worst then we'd have to take this down to our local dealers.

Software updates will always be helpful since cars are now computerized. Once the icon appears in your dashboards, for sure the system has detected something that needs your attention. Make it a habit to regularly check your car and ask if there is already updated software available.

Apologies for the late updates...

So the dealer wasn't able to fix the issue, they replaced the ECU but still the issue is there. They wanted me to bring it back for another look, but I haven't been able to because of work.

Will give you guys some updates once I take it back to them.

Still not fixed. Dealer said that they suspect the head unit is the culprit. Unfortunately, there's still no stock yet so they couldn't give me a lead time. For now, I've been using the charger settings instead of the in-car controls. It's hit-or-miss, but it's better than nothing at all
