An issue with Android Auto in Nero EV

Hello! I have been having an issue with Android Auto in my Nero EV. It keeps dropping the connection. Usually, I fix this by using different cables, resetting, unplugging, and plugging it back in. Sometimes it works, but then it drops again. Has anyone else experienced this problem or found a solid fix for it?

I recommend you look into the most recent Android Auto update and any software updates for your phone if you were not having any problems before and are now.
Also, not all cables are made to high standards of quality.
