Head-up display positioning

Hey everyone, is it just me, or is the HUD still stuck in the sky even after fully lowering the seat and adjusting the HUD? Is there a way to bring it down to eye level, or am I stuck craning my neck indefinitely?

Never adjusted my seat nor have any problems with the HUD. I guess height matters with this car lol
