My Kia Niro’s charge flap is stuck

My 3-year-old Niro EV has been a dream… except for this annoying charging flap issue! I unlock the car as usual, but the lock behind the flap appears to be on strike. Anyone have any solutions for this? Thank you in advance.

It sounds like there could be a mechanical issue. Have you tried doing a reset?
